The Foyer Tolbiac is a residence located just a 10-minute walk from IMEP – Paris College of Music that welcomes young women aged 18 to 25 of all nationalities, for periods of one month to two years.

The Foyer Tolbiac has 292 rooms, including 7 rooms reserved for female musicians.

Facilities: 16 communal kitchens, 3 TV rooms, a pool table, table football, 2 terraces, a garden, a sports room, 2 work rooms, a piano, a multi-purpose room, a relaxation room and a laundry room.

The team also helps residents with administrative formalities (social security, CAF, visas and residence permits) and offers a range of activities throughout the year: taekwondo, tai chi, fitness, theatre, yoga, meals, welcome parties, film screenings, cultural outings, parties, etc.

Rents range from 341 euros for a double room to 645 euros for a studio. The monthly rent for a musician’s room is 553 euros (APL is available and is automatically deducted from the rent).
