End of the collaboration between IMEP and American School of Modern Music

The relocation of IMEP Paris College of Music for the 2016 academic year marks the end of the partnership between IMEP and the brand American School of Modern Music.

The historic team of the American School of Modern Music continues with IMEP at its new address

The entire pedagogic and administrative team that has been educating young musicians under the American School of Modern Music brand in Paris for several decades and largely contributed to its international renown, has decided to develop their independent music education institution IMEP while continuing to teach music with the same methodology and passion.
For that purpose, IMEP will be moving to a new unique location in the heart of Paris, dedicated to music and fully adapted to the needs of music education: spacious soundproofed classrooms, practice rooms, new professional sound equipment, etc.

Students continuing their studies next september will therefore be able to continue to rely on the experience and know-how of their entire roster of professors:

Dominique Assié, Sylvain Bellegarde, Christopher Culpo, François Fichu, Ramon Fossati, Guy von Gaudecker, Peter Giron, Guillaume Grosso, Phil Hilfiker, Rick Margitza, Ron Meza, Manuel Rocheman, Damien Ropars, Tony Saba, Caroline Sautet, Alex Stuart, Bernard Vidal, Hugues Vincent, Nicolas Zivkovich.

The entire IMEP team would like to thank the students, parents, colleagues, club directors and festivals, for the confidence and support they have given us over the years.
We rely on you all to share this news and join us in our dynamic evolution and pursuit of excellence.
