The Open Program
COURSE SCHEDULE 
THE ACADEMIC YEAR IS MADE UP OF 30 WEEKS, DIVIDED INTO 3 TRIMESTERS OF 10 WEEKS EACH
1ST YEAR: CL1 (4 ½ HOURS PER WEEK, DURING THE DAY AND EVENING)
- Harmony and Solfege (2 hours per week)
- Orchestra Workshop (2 hours per week)
- Instrument Course (30 half-hour lessons or 15 hour-long sessions)
2ND YEAR: CL2 (4 ½ HOURS PER WEEK, DURING THE EVENING)
- Harmony/Composition and Solfege (2 hours per week)
- Orchestra Workshop (2 hours per week)
- Instrument Course (30 half-hour lessons or 15 hour-long sessions)
3RD YEAR: CL3 (4 ½ HOURS PER WEEK, DURING THE EVENING)
- Harmony/Composition and Solfege (2 hours per week)
- Orchestra Workshop (2 hours per week)
- Instrument Course (30 half-hour lessons or 15 hour-long sessions)
ADDITIONAL MODULE (OPTIONAL):
Instrumental sight-reading (30 half-hour lessons or 15 hour-long sessions)
For this program, regardless of which year you are registered, we offer an additional module in instrumental sight-reading. This reading course, added to the three other learning domains, allows you to be more comfortable and save time mastering the repertoire addressed in the Orchestra Workshop.
PREPARATION CLASS FOR THE PRO PROGRAM (8 HOURS PER WEEK)
This class has a shared block corresponding to the schedule for years CL1 and CL2, to which some specific training modules are added to prepare students for access to the first year of the professional cycle (Pro Program).
