Marcus Miller, 30 years in the music business, 2 Grammy Awards in the USA, The Edison Prize in Holland for his body of work, La Victoire du Jazz in France in 2010, to name but a few of the accolades he has received around the world.
In 2013, he was named UNESCO Artist for Peace and is the spokesperson for the Slave Route.
The artist is an extraordinary and prolific creator, producer, multi-instrumentalist and composer.
His many collaborations with the greats – Miles Davis, Eric Clapton, George Benson, Aretha Franklin, Brian Ferry, Wayne Shorter, Al Jarreau, Herbie Hancock and Carlos Santana to name but a few – have shaped his musical environment.
Surrounded by a new band featuring his genius as a producer, Marcus will be on stage at the Grand Rex in Paris on 15 November 2023, drawing on the richness of his repertoire, revisiting some of Miles Davis’s works and presenting some previously unreleased tracks.
