Garance tout court is a singer-songwriter. A native of Versailles, she began her piano studies at the age of 6 and joined the Masters at the Centre de Musique Baroque de Versailles when she was 9. Lulled by classical and baroque music and opera, she embarked on a professional artistic life in her teens, to which she became accustomed as an outlet.
When she came of age, she went to Paris to study jazz and theatre. She then developed her career as an actress while developing her musical project, with the specific aim of returning to the stage to sing, but this time with her own words. All these disciplines and influences shape the sounds of her music, which she is now promoting through a French POP project. With her sharp, colourful pen at the service of a feminist project, Garance tells her story and the woes of a generation in search of greater equality.
