Depuis leur rencontre il y a 20 ans en tant qu’etudiant à Boston, Pilon et Denson menent chacun de leur côté de l’Atlantique de brillantes carrières. Ils ont collaboré avec les plus grands : Lee Konitz. Chris Potter, Joe Lovano, Ben Wendel, Mike Stern, Jeff Ballard, Brian Blade… Après un remarquable 1er album et une quarantaine de concerts aux USA, ils viennent nous présenter leur nouvel Opus, « Finding Light ». Le trio est complété à la batterie par le fantastique Fred Pasqua ( Nelson Veras, Walter Smith, Logan Richardson, etc). Avec des influences allant de Led Zeppelin à Wayne Shorter, en passant par Miles Davis, Hendrix ou Satie, leur musique allie interactions, générosité et prise de risque…Elle reflète du plaisir que ces trois musiciens ont à jouer ensemble. Une soirée à ne pas manquer !

Since they met 20 years ago as students in Boston, Pilon and Denson have each led brilliant careers on their side of the Atlantic. They collaborated with the greatest: Lee Konitz. Chris Potter, Joe Lovano, Ben Wendel, Mike Stern, Jeff Ballard, Brian Blade… After a remarkable first album and around forty concerts in the USA, they come to present their new opus, “Finding Light”. The trio is completed on drums by the fantastic Fred Pasqua (Nelson Veras, Walter Smith, Logan Richardson, etc.).
