She will lead a masterclass for professional musicians on March 17, 2026, starting at 7 pm at the school.  <\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A conference to discover the mental preparation tools used by top athletes, adapted to your reality as a professional musician.<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>On the agenda: daily management, mental preparation before auditions\/concerts (Techniques for Optimizing Potential &#8211; TOP\u00ae), post-performance recovery, and a guided relaxation session.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>You will leave with practical tools that you can apply as soon as your next deadline approaches.<\/p>\n\n<p>Because performing consistently over time is something that can be learned.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billetweb.fr\/masterclasse-helene-sempere\">REGISTER<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Semp\u00e9r\u00e9 is a sports physician at AP-HP (Fernand Widal Hospital), specializing in supporting professional artists and athletes.<\/p>\n\n<p>Her approach? She considers musicians to be elite athletes, with the same physical and mental demands. Trained in Potential Optimization Techniques (TOP\u00ae), mental preparation tools developed by the armed forces, she has adapted them to the realities of professional performers.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Whether it&#8217;s managing stage fright before an audition, optimizing recovery after a concert, or preventing injuries related to intensive practice, H\u00e9l\u00e8ne bases her coaching on one conviction: performance is built, it cannot be improvised.
