Pour l\u2019\u00e9criture, Fran\u00e7ois a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 au Conservatoire International de Musique de Paris et \u00e0 l\u2019American School of Modern Music. Il re\u00e7oit une M\u00e9daille d\u2019or au Dipl\u00f4me Sup\u00e9rieur de Composition et Arrangement du CIM. Il \u00e9tudie avec Pierre Cullaz, et G\u00e9rard Marais pour la guitare, Ivan Julien pour l\u2019arrangement, Homeiro Ribeiro de Magalhaes pour la direction de ch\u0153ur et d\u2019orchestre. Il a jou\u00e9 avec : Tony Ballester, Bobby Rangell, Alain Debiossat (Sixun), Jean-Michel Davis, Claude Terranova, Ron Meza\u2026Son activit\u00e9 musicale : Fran\u00e7ois Fichu JAZZ GANG, 1 CD, prim\u00e9 FIP, tourn\u00e9es France et Europe. Plusieurs CD\u2019s avec Una Ramos, tourn\u00e9es France et Europe, commandes de compositeurs pour l\u2019ARIAM IDF, l\u2019ADIAM 77 & 91, arrangements pour Telepop Music, Big Bands et orchestres d\u2019harmonie, musique pour ch\u0153ur, Editions Retz, Prix de composition au concours international d\u2019\u00e9criture Big Band \u00ab Elllington Composers 2013 \u00bb. P\u00e9dagogie : Ancien charg\u00e9 de cours de jazz \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Paris VIII. Ayant enseign\u00e9 de 1985 \u00e0 2016, Fran\u00e7ois Fichu est le plus ancien parmi l\u2019ancienne \u00e9quipe enseignante de l\u2019American School of Modern Music<\/a>. Il y a exerc\u00e9 \u00e9galement les fonctions de co-g\u00e9rant de 2005 \u00e0 2016.<\/p>\n
