Balaphonics at Studio de l’Ermitage

Balaphonics, with Guillaume Grosso, professor of saxophone at the IMEP – Paris College of Music, will play on Saturday 1st October from 9.30pm at the Studio de l’Ermitage.

After celebrating their 10th anniversary by releasing their second album Spicy Boom Boom in 2021, Balaphonics are back to mark a new beginning.
Four years of absence from the capital, twenty or so concerts, and new compositions to reinforce a set full of twists and turns.
The Ile-de-France brassband is ready to give you a taste of its Afro-funk specialities, in a fusion that is as explosive in its energy as it is diverse in its moods.
The icing on the cake: Balaphonics will be accompanied by the rising star of the Ile-de-France Afro-Soul scene: singer Mary May, who has managed to integrate herself into the group while taking it into new, hitherto unexplored spheres.
