The Professional Program
As of September 2017, students registered at IMEP are entitled to the French Student Social Security. Affiliation to Social Security is mandatory for all students from the age of 16 and up to 28 years old, whatever their nationality. The price is settled annually by the French Government. If you are older than 28, please check with your Primary Health Insurance, which will inform you of solutions applicable to your individual situation.
DISCOUNT ON TRANSPORTATION COSTS
Your registration at IMEP allows you to request an Imagine R card and receive a substantial discount on your transportation costs in Ile de France. Just pick up a recording form in any SNCF or RATP station and return it filled out with a copy of your academic certificate.
PROFESSIONALS IN TRAINING
In certain cases, employed students benefiting from the right to continuing training may make contact with the agency financing this training and submit their internship finance packet to the school secretary during the third trimester of the year preceding the year of internship training. -Every candidate for admission to the school must ensure that he or she has the required level (see entrance exam) before requesting an internship finance packet. -The school is not required to systematically accept internship finance packets for professional training (AFDAS, or others), even if they are valid. The faculty council determines whether or not these applications will be accepted.
IMEP ATTESTATION OF STUDIES
Students may request an IMEP Attestation of Studies (independent of the degree and certificates) within a maximum period of five years after their departure. Partially completed years are not subject to such an attestation.
